Hello, I’m Tara Kelsall, Wild Swimming Woman, wild swim coach, walk leader and outdoors life coach.

I offer a variety of Wild Swimming Experiences for individuals and small groups, to safely introduce you to wildswimming in rivers around Bradford on Avon, Frome and Bath. There are also social swim groups and events such as solstice, full moon or night swims. 

Wild Swimming Walks are a chance to explore some of the beautiful countryside and history of the Frome Valley on the borders of Somerset and Wiltshire in the charming South West of England.

Life Coaching is simply a conversation, where I do more of the listening and you do more of the talking.  In a completely judgement free space, with no advice given and plenty of questions asked to help you gain clarity, I guarantee that it will be more effective and transformative than any conversation you’ve had before. 

I specialise in Outdoors Coaching, meeting in person and taking our conversation outside, on a gentle stroll or sitting down. The ultimate clarity and wellbeing package is the extended outdoor coaching sessions that include a cold water immersion/wild swim at the end. 

*I have been wildswimming for many years, in all weathers and seasons. I swim in various locations on the Frome and Avon rivers including Warleigh Weir , Farleigh Hungerford and Vobster Quay, an inland dive and swim centre. When on holiday in Britain or abroad I will seek out the local swim spots. I swim alone, with friends and with my husband who is also a keen wild swimmer.

*I have been leading groups of all ages (from four to seventy years old) on extended countryside walks for many many years with Swainswick Explorers.  

*I absolutely love life coaching and the genuine transformations I see unfurl in people’s lives. I see my own coach regularly and attend courses, conferences, talks and trainings as part of my ongoing growth development.
