About Prowess Climbing Coaching

Prowess Climbing Coaching specialises in performance coaching sessions but don't be fooled, performance doesn't only mean those operating at elite level. I work with climbers of all abilities, ages and diversities to help people reach that next step in their climbing, no matter who they are. 

Coaching sessions are usually conducted indoors at an artificial climbing wall and focus on technical, psychological and tactical skills to maximise the ability you already have to climb at the highest level possible. We'll then work together to help plug the gaps and work the weaknesses on the areas that are best for you. 

I utilise a wealth of experience and knowledge, both from my own personal climbing of boulderin V10 as well as an extensive list of qualifications and even a master's degree where I observed several elite level climbing coaches across the country. However this isn't simply parroting coaching models and every session is delivered in an accessible and engaging way (according to my clients at least!).
