Introduction to Rock Climbing

If you have tried climbing indoors and want to venture outdoors onto real rock then an Introduction to Rock Climbing will give you the experience and skills to have a safe and enjoyable day accessing some of Dartmoors fantastic crags.

Across the whole day you will learn how to warm up effectively, get to grips with the real rock, look at techniques transferable from indoor to outdoor climbing, how to keep ourselves and others safe at the crag and progressing through bottom roping, top roping, abseiling and seconding a leader.

The workshop will provide a great start to developing your climbing and transferable skills indoors and out.

Saturday 10th June, 1000-1600 for £70per person.
